Return & Exchange Policy

1- 40 GBP, shipping fee is 5 GBP

Free shipping for orders of 40 GBP and above.

If you place an order before 3pm, your order will be dispatched the same day.

We offer Next-day delivery from Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday orders will be dispatched on the following Mondays. 

Our Returns Department shall request information on the damaged, defective or incorrect item. A pre-paid returns label shall be provided for the above reasons only. Refunds/Replacements shall be completed within 14 days of receiving the item back.

Kindly note that you must return every item in the same condition in which you received it. Any items that have additional signs of use or damage may result in a partial refund/replacement.

Best Before Dates

It is not possible for us to give you an exact date, as our stock is held in five different locations from multiple production batches. We advise all of our customers that we aim for at least two full months of shelf life on all products. If when you receive your item you are unhappy with the shelf life, please contact us and we shall come to a resolution with you.

Extra details on Clearance Items

Our products have a shelf life of three months but much of our clearance stock will have a shelf life less than this. Please only purchase our clearance stock if this is acceptable for you.

Please note: Customers have 14 days to return an item under the aforementioned regulations, this policy is offered in addition to your legal rights, any returns made that are not in line with these regulations or returned after the given timescale will be reviewed and informed of a denied request. Any further information on returns can be found in our Return Policy. Refunds can take up to an additional 14 days to be processed. Replacements are expected to take up to 10 working days.
